July 24, 2009 Architecture is the thoughtful making of space.

Thanks for your interpretation. I think basically it is a little abstract to

describe the whole picture in words. I wouldn't emphasize it's so unique

or pecial for architect. I think loneliness is a part of life for everyone.

For some people dealing with lots of mental activity like scientist,

designer, writer, researcher etc they may spend lots of time alone to creat or explore.

Consequently, loneliness becomes an essential element for their life and work.

只能說，Maybe.......也可能只是我們的自以為是。Who knows。

Engineers tend to be concerned with physical things in and of themselves.

But I thinking about of Architects are more directly conerned with the human

interface with physicai things.


An Architect knows something about everthing.

An engineer knows everthing about one thing.

Reality may be engaged subjetively , by which one presumes a oneness

with the objects of hia concern ,or objectively , by wich a detachment is presumed.


Louis Sullivan say：A proper building grows naturally,logically,and poetially out

of all its onditions.
